How do I place an order?

In the webshop, you can select a product(s) these will end up in the shopping cart. then you can fill in your details and go through the steps that are requested. Online booking you can book consultations and request them, these are delivered digitally email and or telephone number required.

Payment and shipping.

After completing your order and after payment, the order will be processed and shipped within 1 to 7 business days. (Delays in shipping can not be held responsible for personal life store) Small packages will be delivered by letterbox. Larger orders are shipped per package Packages are shipped with track and trace. Shipping to destinations further than 1 to 7 days can affect the delivery date.

Returns and refunds.

The aim is to pack and ship your order with care and dedication. Should unexpected damage occur during transport, or you are not satisfied with your product. You can contact us. We will look for a suitable solution or a refund or new product. A return label is included with your order as standard if you want to return your orders. The aim is to find a suitable solution. Return within 14 days with product and accessories shipping is provided by the recipient.

Your personal data during consultations, among other things, is subject to a confidentiality obligation towards third parties. Personal information such as telephone number email is always stored securely and never shared with third parties.
